How Old To Remove Baby Gates

The situation in short

The line for the Aeolian islands (smaller islands such as those for other countries in Europe), it is considered uneconomical since during the winter months is not enough traffic. Up to
Quelch years ago, Italy has given under concession to the Aeolian-providing an annual financial contribution to the race without Tirrenia (Siremar), as it did for Sardinia and Capri, Ischia, Procida, etc..
The entry into force of European legislation aimed at ensuring the enforcement of competition between operators, has required that these lines of character social work, which requires a state contribution, should be made to race and can not be given in direct grants.
Tirrenia has not competed, however, never banned by the Italian Government, and therefore continued to receive the contribution in an unlawful manner.
Following numerous requests, the EU has prevented the Italian government to provide contibuti without competition: Tirrenia therefore lost this decisive source of funding.
The issue will be resolved only after the Italian government, as did other European governments, will race the contribution to the lines of a social nature, including that for the Aeolian Islands, which they can participate in European operators. In theory, the race could be won by an owner greek, Francecso, etc..
As you can see, the question is garbled. The Italian government hesitates to privatize Tirrenia and begin to notice the lines because they do not want to deal with a grain of Association (layoffs) and Politics (priority) similar to that of 'Altalia. Meanwhile, Tirrenia, without assistance, does not invest in the modernization of the fleet and remove the lines .... This is Italy we have chosen!
